1. What We Collect

When you use ClawMate, we collect:

  • Your Google account email and name (for authentication)
  • Your Telegram bot token (encrypted, used to connect your AI assistant)
  • Usage metrics (message counts, to manage your subscription)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Authenticate you and manage your account
  • Provision and run your AI assistant instance
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send important service notifications

3. Your AI Assistant's Data

Your AI assistant runs in an isolated container. We do not read, analyze, or share your conversations. Your Telegram bot token is encrypted at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Google — for authentication (OAuth)
  • AI model providers — your messages are sent to AI APIs to generate responses (OpenRouter/Anthropic/OpenAI depending on configuration)

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your instance is stopped. You can request full data deletion by emailing us.

6. Security

We use encryption for sensitive data (tokens, API keys), isolated Docker containers for each instance, and follow security best practices. However, no system is 100% secure.
