Terms of Service

1. Service

ClawMate provides managed AI assistant instances that connect to your Telegram bot. We handle the infrastructure so you don't have to.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for your account security and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription & Payments

• ClawMate Pro is $20/month, billed monthly
• You can cancel anytime — your instance runs until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawMate to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell access without permission

5. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We're not liable for downtime or data loss.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClawMate is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
